In this session\, we’ll help you avoid them.The Investment Readiness Clinic is a practical coaching program for startups and SMEs preparing to raise external financing. The focus is on business readiness\, not technology readiness: building a credible investment case\, showing commercial traction\, and understanding what investors need to see before they invest. \n\n\n\nSession 2 starts with a quick recap of Session 1\, then covers: \n\n\n\n\nTiming your round – when to start\, how much preparation it takes\, runway planning\, key milestones\, and what the next round should actually enable\n\n\n\nChoosing the right funding mix – public funding\, business angels\, VCs\, corporate VCs\, family offices and strategic investors: what each brings and when each fits\n\n\n\nAvoiding common fundraising mistakes – wrong investor fit\, raising too late\, unclear use of funds\, over-reliance on TAM\, and weak or inconsistent materials\n\n\n\nRunning the process – building your investor pipeline\, outreach\, managing meetings and follow-ups\, due diligence and getting to close\, without losing focus on running the business\n\n\n\n\nEvery company leaves with 2–3 concrete actions to improve its investment readiness. \n\n\n\nWho should attend: Founders\, co-founders and leadership team members of startups and SMEs that are preparing for\, or considering\, external financing.
