Helsinki-based startup Tangible Growth was named a finalist for the Business Transformation Management Innovation Partner of the Year award at software giant SAP’s Transformation Excellence Summit in Austin, Texas.
The company, founded in 2018, reached the final stages alongside major consulting firms including Datricks, Accenture, and McKinsey & Company. SAP’s recognition is awarded to partners who advance solution innovation and customer success with SAP Signavio.
McKinsey & Company ultimately won the award, but the fact that a Helsinki-based startup competed on the same stage as some of the world’s most prestigious consulting firms demonstrates the power of innovative technology to challenge established market leaders.
Tangible Growth’s software solution addresses a problem that is all too familiar to many executives: corporate strategy looks good on paper, but daily operations don’t follow suit. The solution connects strategy to execution by tracking organisational goals, decisions, and team activities in real time through its integrated platform.
“When all information flows transparently through one system, every team gains immediate visibility into how their work connects to strategy. This creates a self-correcting organization where misalignments are spotted and addressed at the source, before they cascade into larger challenges” says Joona Joensuu, the company’s co-founder and chief technology officer.
According to Joensuu, the recognition from Austin reflects the success of their deepening collaboration with the SAP Signavio team, which has become central to their vision. The software giant opens doors to global markets and enables the connection of high-level strategy with operational process data.
According to Tangible Growth, the numbers speak for themselves. The company’s customers have reported significant improvements in operational efficiency, performance, and capability. Efficiency gains have been as high as 30%, improvements also seen in execution efficiency and employee satisfaction scores.
The concrete benefit comes from organisations gaining, for the first time, a real-time overall view of their strategy implementation — not with a month’s or quarter’s delay, but daily. This enables rapid responses to deviations and bottlenecks before they grow into major problems.
Tangible Growth says it is excited about the recognition received in Austin. The acknowledgement speaks not only to the quality of the company’s solutions but also to the fact that they are on the right path in building the infrastructure for future strategy execution.
The company’s next international stage will be the Transformation Excellence Summit in The Hague, where it aims to showcase the benefits of the Tangible Growth and SAP Signavio collaboration through real-world scenarios.
